Hamburger Noodle Casserole Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. wide noodles
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb. sliced cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Bay leaf (size of nickel)
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
Hamburger Noodle Casserole Instructions
First of all combine seasoning and bay leaf in tomato sauce. Boil 15 minutes. And then add 1/4 teaspoon sugar. Next is to boil noodles about 7 minutes. Drain. Cook hamburger in skillet until lightly brown and drain. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Layer as you wish in casserole dish and brown in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 or more...enjoy the hamburger casserole with noodle !

HAMBURGER, RICE AND NOODLE CASSEROLE


HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS
  • 1-1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 c. minute rice
  • 2 c. fine or med. noodles
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
  • 2 soup cans of water
  • Season salt to taste
  • Crushed potato chips
HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE INSTRUCTIONS
Brown hamburger in electric fry pan. When thoroughly cooked add soup, mix then add water. To this add minute rice and then noodles (which maybe broken into smaller pieces). More rice or noodles can be added if wanted. Cook until rice and noodles are soft, adding more water if necessary to keep mixture from drying out...enjoy it !

Add season salt to taste. When rice and noodles are cooked, turn into a casserole dish, top with crushed potato chips. Heat in a 350 degree F oven for 10-15 minutes. For variation - leftover vegetables or grated cheese may be added.

  • 8 oz. pkg. noodles, wide or medium
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
  • cheese
  • Tator tots

Hamburger Noodle Casserole Instructions
Cook noodles in salt water and drain. Brown hamburger, add salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease off. Mix hamburger, soup and milk with noodles. Put in baking dish. Top with slices of Velveeta cheese and on top of cheese put Tator Tots. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. May add peas or green beans. Serves 6 to 8.

Hamburger Noodle Casserole Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tbsp. butter (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 4 oz. med. noodles
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 green onions, thin slices
  • 2/3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Hamburger Noodle Casserole Instructions
Brown meat lightly in butter in skillet, breaking it up with a fork. Add optional items and next 6 ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Cook noodles until just tender, and drain. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and green onions.

In a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish, put a layer of half of the noodles. Spread with half the cream cheese mixture. Then cover with half the meat mixture. Repeat layers and top with Cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups raw noodles
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small can corn niblets
  • 12 ripe olives
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup water
Hamburger Noodle Casserole Instructions

1. Mince and fry onion in butter, add meat and brown. Drain.
2. Add soup, water, then the raw noodles; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add corn, chopped olives and 1/2 cup cheese; salt to taste and place in casserole.
4. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350.
5. Additional water may have to be added.

  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE INSTRUCTIONS
Cook noodles in boiling water and salt, drain. Brown hamburger and onion in a skillet and drain. Combine the other ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a 2 quart casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees....enjoy the hamburger noodle casserole !

Brown hamburger, cook egg noodles. Put together in casserole dish. Add tomato soup, and mushroom soup. Mix well. Pop into 325 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. The hamburger noodle casserole is ready to serves 6 persons....nice ! Enjoy it !
