HAMBURGER, RICE AND NOODLE CASSEROLE


HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS
  • 1-1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 c. minute rice
  • 2 c. fine or med. noodles
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
  • 2 soup cans of water
  • Season salt to taste
  • Crushed potato chips
HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE INSTRUCTIONS
Brown hamburger in electric fry pan. When thoroughly cooked add soup, mix then add water. To this add minute rice and then noodles (which maybe broken into smaller pieces). More rice or noodles can be added if wanted. Cook until rice and noodles are soft, adding more water if necessary to keep mixture from drying out...enjoy it !

Add season salt to taste. When rice and noodles are cooked, turn into a casserole dish, top with crushed potato chips. Heat in a 350 degree F oven for 10-15 minutes. For variation - leftover vegetables or grated cheese may be added.
